Payment Information

Guests will be charged 100% of the total amount.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

Confidentiality

The seller names the buyer in full confidence in all the information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information from the buyer will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

Use of personal information

Shipments from the booking system may contain personal information, e.g. residence, age or business history, to generate relevant messages to site members. This information is never passed on to third parties.

Refund

If refunded, it will be made within 2 to 5 days.
